We pride ourselves in providing comprehensive case management services to address the unmet needs in the communities we serve.
What we provide:
* Trauma-informed direct service
* Advocacy
* Support for families to ensure basic needs are met
*Assist with application for public benefits, SSI, housing, etc
*Support for single-family homes
*Assistance for families dealing with domestic violence
*Employment services and resume preparation

*Healing Circles- A safe and accepting environment in which our families can explore healing from trauma
*Parenting Journey - a 12 week
